If you have not scheduled services since May 2023 you will need to click on
the new client request so we can set you up in our new scheduling program.
Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:
For our vacation clients:
Payment in full is due at the first visit.
For our ongoing walk clients:
Invoices go out on the 1st of each month for the previous month. Payment is due on the 10th. Unpaid invoices will receive a text reminder on the 7th. If unpaid by close of business on the 10th, a $20 late fee will be imposed. If unpaid by the 15th, service will be suspended until account is current.
Pet Sitting businesses run on a very low profit margin. A single large vacation payment can cause us to be short on payroll. It comes down to a choice between prompt payments and raising rates. We don’t want to raise rates. We are very proud that we provide living wages for our walkers and sitters, and we will continue to do so. We appreciate your cooperation.
